Help with hotel and guides in Milan, Italy

I'm taking a group of college students to Milan (with a weekend trip to Venice) in January, 2013. There should be about 15 travelers. Can anyone recommend a local guide, or local tour company/contacts that can help us with logistics, i.e., hotel, local tours, transportation. Thanks,
