Can anyone help me? I completed the EUPLF and I even have my ID number but they have not sent me the confirmation email with the bar code.
I did one for my husband and got the email.
No one answers my question; they just keep sending me an auto reply that says to read the manual and look at the FAQs which I did. Does anyone know a better way or, anyway to get them to send me the confirmation? Or will they accept the ID number when I get to Italy without the barcode?

You can sign in to your account and print the EU plf.
I’m in Italy at the moment and not one person has asked to see it.

The confirming email merely tells you to print the document and carry it with you.

Nobody is supposed to see your dPLF after the airlines staff at the departures gate and before the contact-tracing doctors in the Covid Hospital.
Having a CDC card and a Passport is much more important once you are in Italy.
