There are no trains from Mxp to Turin, you should backtrack for 50 minutes from the Airport to Milano Centrale. Then get on an high speed train that takes 50 minutes to Torino Porta Susa station and 1 hour to Porta Nuova. Plus the 20 minutes needed to enter the railway stations from where the buses park and to make your way up to the tracks area.
I had no idea FLIXBUS served the Malpensa to Turin line; I have always seen only the Arriva buses going to Turin. https://torino.arriva.it/en/airport-line-torino-malpensa-airport/
The arriva Bus takes 1 h and 55 minutes, costs € 22 per person and stops in front of Porta Susa railway station. There you can take either the metro or a cab to your hotel.
Both Porta Susa and Porta Nuova are in the city center and can be easily found on Google Maps.
I don't know where "Torino Central" is, there is no railway or bus station in Turin called that way. There is another bus station in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, quite close to the city center but definitely out of it. It's usually called Vittorio Emanuele or Corso Vittorio. It's a little far from metro and train stations, but light rail #9 stops in front of it. Like many bus lines.
