Ok so we are in Rome for basically 3 full days. Would like to know if the Roma Pass is worth purchasing? Any suggestions are much appreciated. This will be our very first time in Italy. Want to make the most of our time! Thanks in Advance 😉
It's impossible to say if the pass will be of benefit to you because you haven't listed the sites you plan to see. That's the only way to tell if it's worth it or not.

We are wanting to go to the Vatican, the colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, the Roman Forum, these are a few things on our list. I'm aware only a few of these options will cost to enter but not sure if there are other places that the Roma pass or Omnia pass also cover entrance fees for. Not sure if we should just book things individually or not. Also if there's a few places that we should add onto out sightseeing list. We are open to any suggestions. Thank you.
I found the biggest benefit of the Roma pass when I was there was the free transportation, used the subway system for just about everything. Used the two free entries to check out the Coliseum and Forum, separate entrance for pass holders, knocked them out in the morning before the crowds got to ridiculous levels. Book a separate tour of the Vatican Museum, well worth having someone explain the historical significance of certain works and helps provide perspective. Pantheon, Trevi and Spanish Steps are free, and a short distance from each other; predictably super crowded, I found the time before sunset, crowds thinned as many headed to restaurants for dinner. Fountain and Spanish Steps I thought were much better in the evening than during the day.
Over 3 days I would go with ...
Day #1
Colosseum, Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Piazza Navona
Day #2
St Peters & the Vatican
Day #3
Trastevere or Borghese, plus some churches
Of the attractions on your list, the only one the Roma Pass will cover is the Colosseum (which includes entry to the Forum and Pantheon). It does not cover the Vatican, and the rest on your list are merely walk-bys which are free. Tickets for the Vatican should be pre-purchased online, and you can pre-purchase tickets for the Colosseum/Forum/Palatine as well. Almost all of Rome's churches are free so the pass is of no benefit there.
If you intended to use your pass at, say, Galleria Borghese (excellent museum; requires advance reservations) plus use public transport enough to make it pay, then it may be worth the price.
I personally wouldn't consider the expensive Omnia pass in any case.
Check out Walks of Italy tours. These have helped eased my mind in our Italy planning process. More expensive than doing it on my own.
