My husband and I will be in Positano for 4 nights in September. We're looking at hotels for 170Euro or underand have narrowed it Palazzo Talamo, La Rosa dei Venti, Il Gabbanio or Hotel California or other any other suggestions would be welcome. Help please :)

Shaun, You might have a look at This Hotel. It's in a great location, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff are great. I'd suggest booking soon! Happy travels!

Check out the Hotel Puppeto - a short walk from the Positano harbor on its own beach. Private balconies, great restaurant and right on the water.

Shaun, we recommend Hotel California. We stayed there 4 years ago and loved it. Great location, huge room with balcony overlooking the sea, and free inside parking if you need it.

We stayed at a B&B Villa La Tartana, you can look them up if you go to "B&B"S in Positano." Don't remember the price but it was great, service fantastic, great location, only 5 minute walk from water, good balcony view to water and nice breakfast. Good luck and you will love positano.
