Help! TRYING to download ricks audio tours

I'm trying to download Rick's audio tours onto my MP3 player. I've downloaded the files and it opens in a Winzip box.
My problem... how do I get those files on to my MP3 player? I've tried several things, have them moved over to Windows Media player but when I got to sync them on the mp3, there is an error.
Has anyone experieced this problem?
Anyone have step by step instructions on this process.
I'm leaving to Europe in 2 days and am starting to panic!

Are you using I-Tunes to store your MP3 files? As I recall, I downloaded my most recent Rick Steves app from the I-Tunes site.

What type of MP3 Player are you using? Will the tours play on your Desktop PC?

I'm more proficient with MAC applications, but hopefully someone here will have the answers.
