Hi! Thanks for looking at this even if you don't have the answer.
We have tickets from Firenze SMN to Napoli Centrale on 29/09/2013 on train Frecciarossa 9525. When we purchased the tickets, it said there was a 10 minute change at Roma Termini but the tickets only show one train number. Does that mean that the train stops there but we don't have to change? I sure hope so because I'm not a fast runner! There will be many questions to follow as this is our first trip to Italy.
Jo , indeed the train makes two stops between Firenze and Napoli ; Roma Tiburtina , Roma Termini . Stay on the train !!
Thank you Steven. I'm feeling very relieved right now.
9525 leaves Firenze S.M.N. Su, 29.09.13 dep 13:04, calls at Roma Tiburtina dep 14:26 and Roma Termini dep 14:45, finally arriving Napoli Centrale Su, 29.09.13 arr 15:55. The train will be in Roma Termini for some time as it is a dead-end station and the drivers need to go to the other end and take it out in the opposite direction to which it came in. If you were facing forward when you arrived in Rome, you will be going backwards when you leave. If you were facing backwards between Florence and Rome, you will be going forwards to Naples.
