No one has responded to my emails for two days.
I did use the official address to purchase tickets as recommended here.
Now what do I do?

If you think it's a scam, contact your credit card bank and report it as fraud to start the reimbursement process.

An email isn't in your Spam Folder of your email reader is it?
No. It is not in my spam folder.
Did you receive an e-mail confirmation of your purchase from the site? If so, you just need to bring a printout of that confirmation to the coliseum to exchange for the tickets about 30 min before the set time for the tour.
