HELP--purchased online tickets from CoopCulture for Coliseum

My Credit card was charged, but I didn't get any tickets to print (as requested.)
No one has responded to my emails for two days.
I did use the official address to purchase tickets as recommended here.

Now what do I do?

An email isn't in your Spam Folder of your email reader is it?

Did you receive an e-mail confirmation of your purchase from the site? If so, you just need to bring a printout of that confirmation to the coliseum to exchange for the tickets about 30 min before the set time for the tour.

I did not get anything from the site. That is the quandary. Only from the credit card processor and no response to my emails
