Hi all experienced travellers to Italy.
It will be my first time to Italy this August! I'm excited, but at the same time, worried. I've just booked by tickets through the trenitalia website, as I wanted to take advantage of the Amica and promotion offers (15%, 30% and 60%).
However, now, after booking in advance. I'm a little nervous. I understand from posts in other threads that the Amica offer is made available to all travellers, instead of only EU residents.
Is that the same for the promotion travels (15%, 30% and 60%) too? I can't locate that line in the restrictions from the trenitalia website.
Also, I've tried to contact the customer service officer via mail, but the website is in Italian, and I can't understand it...
Can anyone help on this?
