Help! Need a hotel in Venice near San Basilio ferry port

We will be flying into Venice to connect with a ferry to Slovenia on May 18th and returning through Venice on June 12th. Due to our connections, we need a hotel in Venice for one night each stay. Hopefully, a hotel or B&B that is not too far from the San Basilio Terminal. It's hard to find one although I do have a good map of Venice. Any suggestions will be most welcome.

On my online map, I'm seeing two nearby B&Bs that look nice and appear reasonably priced: Casa di Sara and Ca' San Trovaso. You could look them up on booking services to find out more (although my tendency is to book directly with the establishment, if possible).
