HELP my Colloseum skip the line tickets could not be printed!

Hi,
I purchased the skip the line tickets to the colosseum/forum/palatine but had problems printing the tickets. We can only print once! What to do? I did not seem to get the link to print again on the purchase confirmation email. I emailed the service but did not get an answer. We are leaving in a few days, what to do without having to purchase twice???!!! I find it expensive to be doing this twice, but don't want to wait in line... Does their customer service reply quickly to msgs? THANKS for your input.
