Can someone please help me? I am trying to book tickets from Rome to Sorrento on the Marozzi website, which is in Italian. I found some help walking through step-by-step, which was going smoothly until I clicked on PRENOTA. At that point, a secure booking system is supposed to appear, in which I enter my credit card info, but that doesn't happen. Instead, a advisory in Italian comes up, then something about Information. I was hoping to book these in the next day or two...I would greatly appreciate anyone's advice!! Thanks, Jane A.
Get back to where your were, and select you seats.
After you select your seats, click
'NOTE'
Type any notes, and then your email in the bottom box,
click 'ACCETTA'
Screen should come back to the seats you selected (should be in green)
Click 'PRENOTA' then 'OK'
On the Conferma Prenotazione screen, review your info, ( date, destination, time, seats ) Then click 'Prenota'in that box, not on the upper right part of the site.
This should bring you to the buy screen, select the British Flag,
and your payment type.
I got all the way to where it asks for my Credit card number,
name, and email address & CV2 code
Hope this helps, and let us know if you were able to complete the buy online.
Hi Jeff,
thanks! I'll try that, but I'm not sure what I would write in the "note" section. I don't have any special comments or requests, I just want to buy tickets. Is there something I should say, or is it okay to leave that space blank?
Jane
There is a pop-up that comes up for me sometimes when my browser blocks pop-ups...could that be it?
In the NOTES section, nothing is required, I left it blank but did put in an email address in the lower box. Never completed the buy, but got all the way to where my CC # is required. Let us know how it goes for you. It will be good for future refrence.
Hi Jeff,
It worked! Thank you so much for your help! Upon completion of the transaction, the tickets popped up online for me to print out (I had been wondering how I would get the tickets). I now will book my return tickets with confidence. Thank you again!!
Jane
Glad to hear it actually worked. I also wanted to be able to purchase tixs from Sorrento to Rome if necessary online, so I too was reasearching the how to buy procedure.( I read somewhere that you can purchase tixs from the bus driver, but there is a 4 Euro surcharge? Why pay that?) Found the instructions online, but never actually did the buy. There wasn't a 5pm bus back to Rome on the Thursday we wanted to go back to Rome. BTW it is also possible to purchase the return tixs in Sorrento from a Travel Agency ( no surcharge, I asked the agency ) To find the agency, In the Sorrento station area bus stop, there is a sign directing you to the agency, it's about a 2 mins walk from the station. We had a great time in the Sorrento area the first week of April. Enjoy!
