Question: Would Monday evening be a good time to do Rick's "Heart of Rome" tour or would it be better to do it on a Sunday evening? We will be visiting in late July.

It doesn't matter, as every night is a beautiful night in Rome. It will, however, be hot and crowded. Plan on a gelato stop or three.
