I'm trying to get Borhese Gallery reservations on-line. We'll be using the Roma Pass, so I can't use the on-line system... it says to call. They have a button where you enter your phone number, and they will call you back to make the reservations. Everytime I try it, though, I get some kind of error. Has anyone been successful at this? Any other ideas (other than calling them directly on my dime)?

I had to call them and make the reservation directly, however the whole call took 2 mins. It was easy and fast. They gave me a confirmation number which I brought with me to the museum and I went right in. No problems.
