I have booked two tours on ticketitaly.com now and I just wanted to know if anyone else has used them and if they are reliable. The reason I ask is because I have tried to book these tours through the actual places themselves, but they don't have the times I want. Then I go to ticketitaly.com and they do. So I book there, but I suddenly wondered why they would have it and the actual site wouldn't. Ideas? Thoughts? Thanks!
