Looks like a very nice place, I just wonder if its too far out? We do have the convent "Suore di Elisabetta" near the train station booked, would I be making a mistake to cancel?

Jo, my husband and I have stayed there!! It is wonderful; in fact we are going to Rome this May and have already booked our rooms. It is a small home and is very quaint. The breakfast on the terrace is absolutely out of this world. It is conveniently located (but I guess that depends on what you think is convenient), inexpensive, and the host Barbara and her husband were very gracious. It is about a mile from the Vatican, but is an easy walk and there is public transportation just a few blocks away if you don't want to walk. It is located in a safe, quiet area and I would highly recommend it.
