Hello,
I am wondering if anyone has taking the tour at night of the Colosseum? We are looking for tours for a couple of days in July (arriving on a Friday and leaving on Monday) when it is hots during the day. A food tour is an option too that I am working out that details too.
Restaurants suggestions are welcome too.

My family and I took the archaeological tour which my 12 year old daughters loved and so did I. Very informative and not very expensive. In order to take the tour, you must call them directly to make reservations. As for restaurants, there are a lot of good ones throughout Rome, just stay away from the touristy areas. Have fun.
I've done colosseum tours both during the day and at night. The night tour is a special event and doesn't include entry to the forum/palatine hill so keep this in mind if you wish to visit those.
The official underground daytime tour for July, August and September won't be released until mid June so just keep checking the official site if you decide to visit during the day.
