This firm indicates a charge of 99.00 euros for 2 passengers from Naples to Sorrento. Has anyone used this service? it does not appear unreasonable for a quick convenient ride instead of local trains and the ferry, especially after traveling from Siena.

I checked a few, and the going rate is under 90€. The one below charges 80€.
You can also search for yourself and get quotes.
You can search also using the Italian key words NOLEGGIO CON CONDUCENTE (Car Hire with Driver) or also just NCC, followed by the name of the location (e,g. Napoli). Most websites will offer the English version option.

We paid 20€ more than that two yrs ago for a private driver, Sorrento to Naples airport.
