Has anyone used http://www.b-ticket.com/b-ticket/uffizi/

Just reserved tickets for April using this site - hopefully this site is legit - has anyone used it before. How do you actually pick up and pay for the tickets?

I purchased tickets from this site on 3/2/2012. They charged my visa, but I've yet to receive my tickets. I've sent 2 emai sls and I'm still awaiting a response. They are supposed to send you a confirmation email with the tickets included. Luckily, it's on my Visa so I can dispute it if I don't get it resolved. I may try when I get there.

I purchased tickets for the Uffizi and Accademia using this site, and received a follow-up email confirmation two days later. The confirmation email doesn't really look like a formal ticket, but it has my name, the date/time, and a logo. The email says to print out that voucher and bring it to the ticket office. I haven't done this yet (will be going in about 10 days or), but I can report back after my trip.

You don't need to use an online booker. Just get the phone no. out of Rick's fForence or Italy books for the English-speaking operator in Florence at the agency that books all the big museums; and phone them ,(minding the time difference.) You get a code, an entrance time, and you just show the code number at the door to get your tickets, then you pay. That way if you can't get there on time, or change your mind, you have lost nothing. It's easy, I did it last year.
You still pay a reservation fee on top of the ticket price, but it's cheaper than paying an agent online.
