I have seen recent positive press but as they are still fairly new I am doing extra due diligence. Most all of the companies have their share of neg customer reviews for claims process but hoping someone here has experience to share about Faye.

yes, Last year 2024 to Europe/med. 40 days. They were only a few dollars (<30) more than the least and same coverage as other more expensive ones.
very easy-to-use app.
very fast response, and helpful with non-insurance questions too
helped with stolen passport by calling the cruise line and securing that the emergency passport was sufficient. And they helped delay the ship a few (15 min) as I was in transit. My travel partner and consulate also helped. - yes miracles can happen!
promptly paid for claims in a few hours after loading claims picts of receipts.
There are a few add ons like cancel for any reason airbnb, car rental, extreme sports, pet care
I really liked them.

Thank you Rocketman. That’s good to know. We paid over $600 for two people, so not sure if it’s overkill. Medical emergency, any issues with emergency medical Evacuation etc. I have no idea what the cost is these days. As crazy as it sounds, many trips we did not buy insurance in the past. Figured the cc would handle some of them.
