Has anyone used an apartment booking service in Rome?

I have not used Rome Rents but I have used www.cross-pollinate.com (they are recommended by Rick in his book on Italy). It is a bed and breakfast and apartment booking services owned and operated by an American family living in Rome. I have used them many times and they are wonderful and very helpful. They have many b&b's and apartments to choose from in Rome, Florence and Venice. Give them a try, they are also very reasonable.
