Has anyone use Clever Transfer-Sud Tirol Bus Alto Adige

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone has used this shuttle service? how was your experience?
I found this in Tripadvisor, seems has pretty good reviews.
I am looking to book a taxi/private transfer from Bolzano train station to my lodging in Santa Maddalena-Val di Fune.
We'll be coming from Venice. I don't want to spend time hours on the bus, so thought splurge on a private transfer.

I did a sample trip for a route we take often by taxi, Bolzano to Ortisei. This service was €40 more than we pay a taxi. Your hotel should be able to recommend a taxi or transfer service that may cost less than Clever Transfer.

Thank you for the recommendation.
I will contact them.
If my train is schedule to arrive at 14:31. Should I book the taxi at 3pm?

Thanks,

I would ask them. They’re very responsive. Btw, both of their quotes were the same, as I believe they have a system of rates to adhere to. You’re going a tad further, so the price may be similar to Clever. At least you know you have options.

Tell the service you choose the train you are on. They will track it and be there when you walk out the door a few minutes after it arrive. Not like an airport.

Taxi Mambo got back to me. Unfortunately they didn't want to provide a quote. Their reason is because they are based in Ortisei, their quote would be higher than if the driver is from Santa Maddalena.
I am still waiting for Taxi Ivan. He will probably say no too, since he is also based in Ortisei?

I just asked my lodging, Pension Sonia, we'll be staying in Santa Maddalena, if they have any recommendation.

I thought if their website shows pick up service to far destinations such as Milan. They would be okay with Santa Maddalena, which it not much further from Ortisei.
But i may be wrong.

I just want to provide update.
I changed my mode of transport. Someone at TA suggested train from Venice to Brixen.
Since I've already have tickets from Venice to Bolzano, I just purchased tickets from Bolzano to Brixen, which turns out to be the same train I will be on from Venice. (Direct Railjet without transfer at Verona).
I was able to reserve seats for the same wagon.

From Brixen, I'll be taking Bus 330 to Santa Maddalena.
All is good.

If your hotel is part of the partnership that offers the free Gardena mobile card, you can use it on arrival day. It’s now offered digitally, and you can receive it by email ahead of time. I would inquire at your hotel. Happy travels!
