Has anyone taken the Royal Rooms tour at the Museo Correr?

I'll be traveling to Venice in late March and one of the museums I'm planning to visit is the Museo Correr. I was looking at their ticket options when I came across a new (according to the MUVE website) offering-- "NEW ITINERARY OF THE ROYAL ROOMS, MUSEO CORRER". This appears to be a guided tour offered by the museum that explores the royal apartments. I'm considering booking this tour but haven't been able to find any feedback/reviews on it. Has anyone taken this tour? If so, what did you think? Did you find it worthwhile? We will be in Venice for three full days and have a pretty busy schedule during the daytime, but could definitely fit this in if it's worth it!

This is the description:
"New Guided Tour
The palace was the residence of the three successive dynasties that ruled Venice after the fall of the Serenissima Republic: the House of Bonaparte, Hapsburg and, lastly, Savoy. Each of the occupants resided in Venice in their own apartment, modelled and furnished to suit their personal preferences and the fashion of the day. A cross-section of art history and costume history from the early 19th century to the 1920s.
The Royal Apartments occupy the north side of the piano nobile [first floor] in the Procuratie Antiche, overlooking the Royal Gardens and St. Mark’s Basin. The rooms run parallel to the Museo Correr exhibition rooms, which in their turn overlook Piazza San Marco.

At the end of the visit it is possible to continue on the normal itinerary of the Museo Correr (without the guide)."

Hi - Can you tell me if you went on this tour, just looking at it and like you cannot find any reviews and wondering if it was worth it.
I am going to Venice next week so would be interested in how you found it if you went.

Many thanks

Hi Isobel-- yes! We took a chance and took the tour despite not knowing quite what we were signing up for and we were glad we did! It's a whole wing of the building and the rooms have been restored to be like they were when various rulers of Venice (post-republic) lived there. The renovation was done beautifully and we learned a lot about the Bonapartes, Hapsburgs, and Savoys while they resided in Venice. Our guide was excellent, very nice and very knowledgeable! Some of the rooms also have a fantastic view of the royal gardens, Giudecca, and the canal.
