I'm interested in staying at The Crosti Hotel in May 2010. I read good reviews for the hotel but i'd like to save some money and stay in their two room apartments in the annex building.

Yes, Hotel Artemide is a rather expensive place, but it is also very nice. The rate you just quoted sounds like it came from the Hotel Artemide's website booking engine. The rate I paid from EasyClickTravel was ~ $200 per night including breakfast and taxes.

A friend of mine stays there often when traveling for business and said that both the rooms and the annex are bery nice. The owners also have a restaurant nearby with great food.

I found some good rates for Rome Hotels for my trip earlier this month on www.easyclicktravel.com Everything worked out just fine with no problems. I also looked at the Crosti but I ended up at the Hotel Artemide because of the good rate from Easy Click Travel.

Tim, I was unable to find the Hotel Artemide on Easy Click travel. On Trip Advisor it $574 per night. Thanks
