I assume you're referring to Casa San Guiseppe in the Trastevere area.

If that's the case, I've stayed there and would certainly recommend it. The rooms were very comfortable the staff were great.

It's a bit difficult for vehicles to get right to the front door, but if you take a Taxi from Termini you can disembark at Piazza Trilussa. It's a very short walk from there. You might want to copy the Map from the Guidebook.

Thanks Ken... concerned about the Taxi since we have an early morning flight. How far a walk is it and will the taxi be able to find it?
