Sounded amazing on Trip Advisor, sometimes things are to good to be true. Also Plaza Luchessi in Florence, any comments.

I'm impressed that the manager took time to write a message on this site. It shows that they are interested in making our stays as enjoyable as possible and making us feel at home. When we stay in a B&B/hotel I like talking with the owner's/managers so they can provide me with the informative information for me to enjoy my stay in their town.
Thank you for taking your time to offer your help. I hope my husband and I will be able to travel again outside the USA in the near future. It is very much appreciated that you took your time to write a note.
