Has anyone stayed at Hotel Cellini in Rome?

If so, I would love to know more about where it is located and how quiet it is. I am traveling to Rome in April 2027 for two weeks and will visit Naples for a few days, as well.
I love to walk and see the cities where I visit, so any and all information is relevant. I do prefer a quieter location, but manageable walking times to see some sights of interest. That said, I am not necessarily interested in being near the crowds.

Thanks,
Lisa Bonner

We stayed there in 2023. Great location, walkable from Termini and the Repubblica metro stop. In fact, I think we walked everywhere - Trevi, Pantheon, Trastevere, etc. Spacious room, decent breakfast, pretty quiet from what I remember. It was a little hard to spot - the sign is a small bronze plaque near the door. We had a couple dinners at the restaurant around the corner - oddly called "Target" - which was quite good.

I stayed at Hotel Celini in the fall of 2024. The room was good size and clean. My reservation included a tasty breakfast, which was held in a small adjacent patio. There is a staffed front desk on an upper floor (not on the ground floor). The hotel entry is on a small street, which was not easy to initially find. When I visited, there was a lot of construction around Termini, which made getting to public transportation outside of Termini confusing (and the Metro stop inside was closed). Using Google maps, I started walking to the hotel, which is not far from the station. I walked with a small wheeled carryon bag plus a backpack and got all turned around. I finally gave up and hailed a taxi. I should have taken that from the station to start. Once at the hotel, I got my bearings and additional trips around town were within walking distance or an easy connection from the nearby Republica Metro stop. There is a small indoor mall right around the corner which has a nice restaurant and bakery. I believe the mall is named Galleria Esedra. The bakery had lots of sumptuous desserts. Also lots of other restaurants nearby to chose from. The hotel is on your typical quiet small Roman street and felt safe. I would stay there again.

@lakertone40- we had the same experience! Google Maps kept saying "you're here" and we were like, "we don't see a hotel." Must have walked by it 3 times, in the rain, and finally noticed the small sign next to the door - the hotel is one of a few businesses in the building.

I stayed at Hotel Cellini this year and loved it. The staff are exceptional. We asked for a quiet room and it was very quiet.
As mentioned, there are many restaurants and shops nearby. Certainly one of our best hotel experiences.
