I stayed in that exact room in May 2005. The room is small and basic, but does have an incredible view and very large terrace. Also a line to dry your laundry on the terrace. The entrance is right off the main square, so it's very close to everything. The only drawback are the stairs - they are narrow and very steep. Stayed there in May. Wonderful, wonderful view. Grab that room now.
However, do be prepared to climb stairs. Lots of 'em.
