I looked at this rather comprehensive website. They're basically linking you up with the B&B's directly, and you book with the B&B. Somebody's gone to a great effort to put this website together. Many of the B&B's are well known. I wouldn't hesitate to go thru this website. Other good Bed and Breakfast websites are BBPlanet.com and AirBnB.com. Booking.com and Venere.com are other places to find hotels. The internet has just made it so easy to market accommodations.
Traveling in your dreams and preparation for your trip is quite enjoyable part of the trip.

David, Thank you for looking into the website, responding and giving extra tips on other sites. I received a few emails from the "bed and breakfast in italy" website informing me that they had fowarded my requests directly to the B&Bs. You were correct.
