Has Anyone Done Artviva's Tours in Florence?

I have been to Florence many times but never taken a walking tour. I am going to Florence this year with a friend who has never been to Italy and I think it might be nice to take a couple of tours. Has anyone taken Artviva's 3-hour walking tour? Or the "Florence in One Glorious Day" 6-hour tour (Walking, Uffizi, Accademia)?
