Guides for City Tours in Pisa

Rick Steves' 2010 Rome Guidebook says there are guides for the Pisa City Tours on Monday & Saturdays at 10:30 and that you meet at Piazza Settembre. My question is are these the only times you can get these guides - just on Mondays and Saturdays?? Maybe I read it wrong? Thank you Shelly
