Guided Vatican Tour Arranged Through Vatican Visitor Services

Hi,
I arranged a Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel tour through the Vatican Visitor Services, Guided Tours (http://mv.vatican.va/3_EN/pages/z-Info/MV_Info_Servizi_Visite.html).

In the Graffiti section I see that most travelers worked through a private tour company. Has anyone take the tour I've arranged? What was your experience?
