We have used Angel Tours. Also check the TI booth in Termini. We have always had good luck with the TI tours.

We had a fabulous tour guide in Rome. Her name was Giovanna Terzulli ([email protected]) and not only gave us a lot of information on the tour but where to eat and where to get our Covid test to come home.
