Looking for a good tour company at a decent cost for a small group tour of Pompeii and then off to the winery for lunch. Budget $160 (150€) 2 people. Any other suggestions?…please advise!! Thanks!

$300 is still rather low. Where will the tour pick you up and drop you?
Note that Viator is a third-party broker, and vendors with various private guides. If they can't get a local vendor to pick up the contract, they cancel, usually at the last minute.
Book directly with the private provider. Good luck!
