Guide book for Cinque Terre-Liguria hiking

Can anyone recommend a guide book specific to the Cinque Terre & Liguria coast for hiking trails? There is info in the Rick Steves Italy book but I'm looking for something with more detail about the trails. I know there is a lot of info on line but I'd prefer to have something in a book form.

We will have 4 full days in Rapallo in October, and weather permitting want to walk/hike both in Cinque Terre and around Santa Margherita.

I know the most popular CT trails will most likely still be closed but there seem to be lots of other trails. We are fairly good hikers and can deal with a more vigorous trail.

I considered waiting until we get there to buy a guide, but I'm concerned if we couldn't find anything and/or it wasn't in English.

Thanks for your help.

You can find some useful material locally. For a map around the Portofino Park there's "Il Parco Regionale di Portofino" by Studio Cartografico Italiano is a very good map with good detail available at local newstands. It shows the Portofino Park with trails at 1:10,000, at the larger region at 1:25,000. The multilingual website Portofino Trek created by local residents provides good information on hikes in the park, including suggested itineraries, descriptions and estimated times, and useful links. The tourist info office may have more.

The book "Sunflower Walking Guide: Cinque Terre and the Riviera di Levante" covers the CT to the Rapallo area. I haven't seen the book, but I know and trust this reviewer: http://ciaolunigiana.com/sunflower-walking-guide-cinque-terre-levante-riviera/

Mike, I've heard good things about the Sunflower guidebook as well.
