I will be staying with a friend in Grugliasco, It from 2-3 June. I have underestimated the amount of time it will take to go to Amsterdam from there (11-12hrs). So I wonder if it would make sense to leave on 3 June and go halfway, perhaps to Lago di Como? And then the next day (4 June) from Lago di Como to Amsterdam? It is hard to tell what would be most efficient. I am open to going through France as well. Can anyone make a suggestion? Thank you!!!!
Before anyone can make a suggestion, we need to know what mode of transportation you want to use. Car? Train? Plane?
Ah! Train preferred. Also open to BlaBlaCar and air options if not too costly
Just checked flights via JustFly and the least expensive is $540 USD with several hours layover in Paris
Check on Google Flights
KLM, ITA and AirFrance All fly nonstop Turin to Amsterdam
1 hour 50 min flight
Train would take something like 16 hours
ETA
What’s available your date
Air France $279 layover CDG for 1 hr 50min ( which is bare minimum I would want layover there)
Since you’re planning to do this in a few days, you should keep in mind that flights may already been fully booked or are expensive. The same goes for train tickets I’m afraid.
EasyJet flies nonstop Milan Linate Airport to Amsterdam
Take Train to Milan
That’s probably your least expensive option
Your suggestion to use EasyJet was very good! I booked a flight for June 4 for 170 USD. Thank you so much!
Glad you found it helpful and have your flight booked
Be sure to read and follow Easy Jet baggage rules closely
