I was looking online at hotels in Rome and the opening screen for one of the hotels stated that a Green Pass Card was required to stay there. If we choose that hotel I will inquire whether that was their current policy but in the mean time, is a Green Pass Card a proof of vaccination for Covid? Are there still requirements for getting vaccinated in Rome or elsewhere in Italy? Just wondering if anyone has any information to share about this Card?

Oh dear, this definitely sounds like a hotel that forgot this is up on their website somewhere.
There definitely is not any requirement to have any kind of pass these days, and I am sure you are right guessing this was Italy's COVID pass back in 2021.
