After searching for months for a good Tuscan wine tour out of Florence, I have found a reasonable private tour company that is extremely professional and flexible. Its called Tuscany Tours and it's listed on Page 384 of the Rick Steves Italy 2008 book. Paola Migliorini runs it and personally responds to emails on the same day you send them which I'm sure you all know doesn't happen very often with tour companies in Italy.
She will tailor the tour to what you like and add more Tuscan towns like Siena if you want also. They also do hotel pick up and it's a private tour so just your group goes.
I thought others would benefit from this information since there are SO MANY to choose from. Another bonus is you pay in cash at the end of the tour unlike other companies who require you to pay by credit card before you even get there.
