Great trip!!! Thanks to Rick Steves forum and Stephanie

Thanks to everyone that helped me plan my 20th anniversary trip to Italy. Well i must must say that country has it going on. The food the history the way of life. What a great trip we had . Everything went just like planned with no slip ups. 3 weeks later i'm still amazed on everything Italy has to offer. We visited Lucca, Florence,Venice, Naples, Sorrento,Rome. The high lights of our trip where a lot of food tours, Venice bites, eating Rome and several cooking classes. I'm a retired Chef but still love food. We also got to all the major attractions and then some. O the wine!~!!!!!! i think the best thing was when or driver Stephanie from Sorrento 1st choice took us to a small little restaurant to make fresh mozzarella with a cheese maker of thirty years. We sat there with the owner and we made cheese and ate and ate , we felt like we were family and that we knew her and him for years . The next day we did the Amalfi coast drive, again another great restaurant and behind the scene tour of Trattoria La Tagliata. The food was amazing,and the view was in-creditable She was bye far the best tour guide anybody could even imagine .Our time with Stephanie will never forgotten. She really welcomed us to her home country.. if you you ever need a transfer of tour guide she is the one for you . Just tell her what you want and she will make it happen.
