We stayed at Cretaiole in early June 2017. The studio room was spacious and the view out of the window over the Tuscan countryside was wonderful. We bought the Dolce Vita package and were not disappointed! The food awaiting us in our room was fresh and enough for the 1st night's meal, as well as several breakfasts and snacks throughout the week. We especially loved their olive oil, peccorino cheese, and cured meats. Delisioso! The activities at Cretaiole were fun and informative (pasta-making, olive oil tasting, tour of Pienza, hiking, biking, barbecue, farm tour and lunch). Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place and would return in a heartbeat.Perfect setting, perfect hosts, perfect lodging. The price was high for a week, but worth every penny.
