Great NY Times article: Wandering Beyond Classic Rome

Thanks Patrick posting this--there are some great suggestions for places to eat and sleep (the monastery stay is a great deal but it's good to be reminded that it can be restrictive with curfews, etc!) I've enjoyed following the Frugal Traveler on his adventures in Europe this summer.

Great post - exactly what I was looking for. Good earthy, cheap eats in Rome for our trip in August. Salivating already!
