Bellevue House in Florence had it all: pleasant atmosphere, helpful, English-speaking owner ( Antonio), good location; good price. Antonio even sent us to his favorite restaurant ( of his life-long friend), Giovanni's" and we were treated like family!! It was a wonderful meal and lovely atmosphere ( and lots of locals, not tourists). So, I give Bellevue House A++ for a warm welcome and helpful tips and good hotel...
