Where can we get great food in Puglia either buying it and cooking or restaurants?

I answered on your other post...but...as for buying it...Puglia has some of the very freshest produce - they are shipped up to Tuscany and Umbria ;-) Every town will have a weekly market - just ask when the market day is - and you can buy everything fresh and locally produced from the farmers (meats and cheeses too).
