Haha! Yeah, I totally recall the trials of being a pedestrian there. I've told many people that you have to be bold and assertive and when you decide to go, GO! Don't pause or hesitate and don't assume that the car that's 5 blocks down is going to take a long time to get to you! They really should call the "bus stops" there "bus pauses"...
I think the only thing it was missing is how cars use the on-street parking spaces as a lane when the spaces are empty for a long stretch. WHOOAAA!! haha! Gotta love it, tho.
