Our group of 4 couples will be in Siena area first week of November. Any recommendations? I think you've found a couple of jewels. And the prices are so reasonable. Go for it.
With 4 couples, maybe they can arrange for a cook to take care of your night meals.
To get around efficiently, it's best to have a couple of rental cars to get you around to the other hilltowns for day trips.
