Good cooking class in Florence

We are looking for a cooking class in Florence that is a fun experience. We will be there for 4 nights in September and another 4 nights in Bologna and could do one there instead.

My husband and I did this cooking class - https://www.walkaboutflorence.com/tours/cooking-class-at-a-farmhouse-in-tuscany -
during our last trip to Florence. You visit the central market and then get taken by bus to a beautiful farmhouse - purpose built - just outside the city. The house sits among olive trees and looks out towards San Miniato al Monte - its is magical.
The class is great - you get hands on experience making - pasta, pizza, roast pork and potatoes, ragu and tia misu .
Then you get to sit down and eat - with lots of wine and beer! Not an intense lesson but beginners get a chance to try some techniques and there are lots of tips for advanced cooks.
One of our best days in Italy

My husband and I also took the class that @jj mentioned at the country house, which is surprisingly a very short ride out of Florence. Very interactive except for the pork and the potatoes, although there are demonstrations about both. The pasta making is the most participatory as each person makes their own which is then put together with everyone else’s for the meal-excellent and filling and as much wine as you want.
Very fun class, beautiful setting. And, if vegetarian, tastings at the market and then at the meal are given. It was a fun day and we did learn some techniques we weren’t familiar with.
