We are finally able to visit Rome, however my husband is not able to do much walking. He can walk about a quarter mile and that can limit his sightseeing.
I googled the topic for suggestions and the golf cart trips were suggested. They are pretty expensive but this is going to be our once in a lifetime visit.
Does anyone have any experiences, or alternate recommendations? Thank you so much for your help
A fun alternative might be the Ape Calessino tour described at the bottom of this Scooteroma page. It will not be cheap, but it will be worth every € and they will work with you. For example, I did the Street Art Vespa tour, but only for 3 hours.
We used this tour last fall as we had several in our group who could not walk long distances. We all had a great time.

What we did was email them a list of what we wanted to see and where we wanted to stop for photos. They were very accommodating, and received a fun and educational tour.
