Golf cart tour of Florence- worth it?

Florence was much smaller than envisioned and so easy to walk around. And very flat. We didn’t see any golf carts driving around, what route do they take and is it just riding, no stopping? It could give you a quick overview of the city and could be fun. We enjoy doing off-beat things like that when traveling, just to break up the museums and churches.

Florence is very compact and very walkable. Flat. I can't imagine how a golf cart would handle the crowds on the narrow mostly pedestrianized streets.
I guess if it takes you up to Piazza Michelangelo it might be worth it :) That's a climb.
Otherwise probably not- other than the novelty.
