Going to Rome for first time with tour and staying at Ergife Palace

Does anyone have any comments on this hotel in Rome? I read some very negative comments on www.tripadvisor.com.

I say, "Go with the flow"...if you're on a tour...it can't be all that bad....if it turns out to be a nightmare...you've got great blog material!!!! Anyway..how much time do you really intend to spend in any room...just bring earplugs and if it makes you feel more comfortable, a sleep sack.
