It was in a London paper today that the head of the Coliseum, Forum and Palatine is developing a plan to stage gladiator battles on a new retractable metal floor with spectators in the original seats.
I get the impression that not all the wheels are on the wagon yet, and she said that the floor hasn't been designed yet but was confident that it would be.
Anybody heard any more?
I heard they're going to throw captured pickpockets in there to do battle with selfie sticks.

I think those gladiators posing for photos outside should be sent in to do battle. That would be worth 10 euro to see.
